New Jersey KidCare:
How HFCY is Helping Families Enroll
One of Healthy Futures' primary goals is to assist families in enrolling their uninsured children in New Jersey KidCare, a free to low cost health coverage plan for people 18 years and younger. Through NJ KidCare, children can receive benefits such as:

Often times, families encounter questions and confusion regarding the application process for NJ KidCare. HFCY provides people with help in interpreting and completing the documents...for FREE.
Representatives from Healthy Futures are prepared to sit down with families and fill out the forms with them. HFCY volunteers will also bring a portable Xerox machine in order to photocopy the documents that New Jersey KidCare requires. This assures that the application has been completed correctly and will be processed quickly.
